“Our Mindful Meal session was amazing. I was feeling quite anxious and rushed before we started, and as soon as i sat down with my food, followed your prompts to breathe, take in the surroundings, pay attention to how we’re feeling, it really helped to settle down and relax into mealtime.
I find my portions to be getting smaller, as i don’t need as much food as i used to eat to feel full, and not overly full. The chewing and putting down utensils really helps me focus on beautiful things throughout my dinner.
